Please note that there is a 1.2% charge when you pay with a MasterCard credit card.

Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with an American Express or JCB card.

We do not accept Diners Club or Union Pay.

A valid credit card for pre-authorisation of $300 per room per day, and a photo ID will be required on arrival if requested. The $300 security bond is required at check in as security against any potential damages. If there are no damages, the funds are released back to the guest’s credit card.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.
